Assessment
Full periodontal charting, radiographs or CBCT as indicated, and a diagnostic preview of the final result.
Written plan
Options, risks and fees in writing for your patient, with a summary for you.
Treatment
Stabilisation first, then surgery and restoration in the agreed sequence.
Handback
A report on completion, restorative care returned if you prefer, and a maintenance plan you can follow.
What we see
From a single site to full-mouth rehabilitation, referrals are welcome for any of the following, and for anything you’re unsure about.
Periodontal disease
Stage III–IV periodontitis, non-responding sites after initial therapy, and cases needing regenerative surgery.
Recession & soft tissue
Connective tissue and free gingival grafting, with frenectomy where indicated.
Crown lengthening
Functional lengthening before restoration, and aesthetic correction of the gingival margin.
Implants
Single teeth to full arch, including immediate placement and ridge preservation.
Hard & soft tissue augmentation
Bone grafting, ridge and sinus augmentation, and soft tissue grafting around teeth and implants, staged or at the time of placement.
Peri-implantitis
Diagnosis and non-surgical or surgical management of failing implants, including those placed elsewhere.
